94 Dalkeith Road is a splendid Victorian town house and part of the Blackett Conservation Area, which includes a number of beautifully preserved historic buildings.
The guest house is located in Edinburgh's vibrant Southside, just 15 to 20 minutes' walk from the Royal Mile and Edinburgh's medieval Old Town. The shops of Princes Street are less than 1.5 miles (2.5 km) away. Edinburgh?s beautiful Georgian New Town, as well as all of the city?s attractions, art galleries and many wonderful restaurants and bars are within easy reach. There are several local bus services which run regularly between the city centre and the bus stop just outside 94DR.

There are regular bus services from the city centre to 94DR. The numbers 14, 21 and 33 Lothian Regional Transport buses and the number 86 First Bus runs regularly to the hotel.
Restaurants
A full gourmet breakfast is served each day. The trained chef creates a breakfast menu that changes each day, with daily specials such as Eggs Benedict and amazing homemade vegetarian pancakes with feta cheese and fresh thyme. You can start with freshly baked granola, served with a daily-changing homemade compote, such as fresh plum and ginger, natural yoghurt and honey.
