All of our properties are located within one development in the beautiful and prestigious Grange area of Edinburgh which is approx 20 mins walk south from the city centre and all of it's attractions.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 56 days prior to arrival and is partially refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
