Avenue Park offers quality bed and breakfast accommodation in Torquay. The guest house provides modern comfortable facilities with friendly service and good food. The guest house is very close to the Riviera Centre, for conferences and use of the wave pool and gym. The convenient location means the guest house is within easy reach of the beach, the harbour, the town centre and the train station. There is plenty to see and do in the area surrounding the guest house, including golf, fishing and water sports. You could also visit Torquay?s zoo or sample the town' lively nightlife.
There is a garden for guests. The dining room and the superior rooms have vies over the garden and parkland.
Please note that the Avenue Park Guest House is completely non-smoking throughout.

In Avenue Road / Faulkland Road, Avenue Park Guest House is the closest to the seafront (500 metres).
Avenue Park has a guest garden, with open views from where you can take a 5-minute walk past Torre Abbey, through the gardens to the seafront. Here you will find the Princess Theatre, harbour, restaurants and the main shopping area of Torquay a further few minutes' walk away.
Transport
From Newton Abbot on the A308:
- Follow signs for Torquay, then for the seafront and Riviera Conference Centre.
- Take the right fork into Avenue Road at Torre station/Halfords sign.
- Follow the road through the set of lights and we are just before the next traffic lights on the left, by the red post box, opposite the park.
Avenue Park is a 5-minute level walk from the train station with regular trains direct to Torquay Station.
Restaurants
Breakfast is usually served between 08:30 and 09:15. An earlier breakfast can be made available, upon prior request.
There are 3-course evening meals available on Friday, Monday and Wednesday. You can request a menu during booking.
The breakfast menu includes a full cooked breakfast, lighter choices, or vegetarian options. Other dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice - please make requests during booking.
Important
Check-In:
The latest evening check-in time is 21:00. Access cannot be gained after this time. The guest house requires your estimated arrival time and mobile telephone number at the time of booking.
Payment Information:
Where payment of the balance is made by credit card, a surcharge of 2% will be added to the your bill by Avenue Park. There is no surcharge for payment made by debit card. Please note that payment of any balance is due on arrival (not on check-out).
Booking deposits:
Please note that for stays longer than 1 night, the 20% of the total charge will be taken as a non refundable deposit. All credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge. Debit card payments are free.
Where the booking is made for 2 or more rooms under the same booking reference, the deposit remains non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or amendment made to 1 or more of the rooms. The initial deposit cannot be used towards the amended total cost of a new reservation.
Group Bookings:
Avenue Park does not accept group bookings (including stag or hen parties).
