Served by a good selection of restaurants and bars and being well located for Chester Zoo this really would be your ideal location to spend countless time exploring Roman Chester as well as using us as your base for visiting Conwy Castle and the beach resorts of Llangollen and Prestatyn in North Wales. Liverpool (Capital of culture 2008) is just 40 minutes away by train.
Transport
By road:
Junction 12 off the M53, turn at the roundabout towards Chester on the A56. Go straight across the next roundabout still on A56. Travel 0.6miles along Hoole Road. Upon approaching Hoole Church on the left hand side we are found just on the right hand side observed by a swing sign saying Chester House.
By bus:
A bus service into the City Centre is served every 10 minutes from just across the road from the Guest House.
By train:
We are approximately a 10 minute walk from Chester train station.

Full English breakfast is served each morning. Vegetarians are catered for if prior notice is given.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival. Please specify an approximate arrival time of either 12:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 18:00 or 18:00 to 22:00. Please contact the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please bring a credit/debit card to the hotel, where the hotelier will need to take an imprint of your card to satisfy credit card legislation.

Group Cancellation Policy;
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, £25 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 72 hours before date of arrival 50% of the total stay will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
When 3 or more rooms are booked the guest house will take a non refundable deposit of GBP 25 per room booked.
