Transport
Colwick Hall Hotel is situated just 2 miles from the City Centre, located in over sixty acres of Colwick Park and has ample free parking for patrons. It is easily accessible by: Road - M1, A1, A52, and A46. Just head towards West Bridgford and pick up the signs to Nottingham Racecourse and follow all the way, pull into the Racecourse road, but continue along the road, avoiding the Racecourse entrance. we are a 1/4 mile on the right hand side. Rail - Nottingham Midland Mainline Station and Newark North Gate. Air - East Midlands Airport, Tollerton Airport. Helicopter Landing available on Nottingham Racecourse site opposite the Hall (will require prior agreement and at a cost).

Please note that payment by cheque will only be accepted 2 weeks prior to the check-in date, as deposit.
For block bookings of six or more rooms for any given day, the notice period for cancellation is two weeks prior to that day, after which a full charge applies.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 5.00 per 24 hours.
Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs GBP 8.50 per person per night.
