One and 2 double bedrooms (master bedroom with en suite bathroom) are complemented by a main bathroom (with bath and shower), lounge/dining room and fully-fitted separate kitchen.

Dreamhouse does not have an on-site reception. It is therefore essential that all guests contact the Dreamhouse office prior to arrival, so that they can arrange for one of their representatives to meet you at the property and conduct check-in. Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
