We have just been awarded our second '4-Star Silver Award' by the Quality in Tourism Council. This is in recognition of the facilities we offer as well as the care and attention to detail that we extend to our guests.
We are ideally situated on the main route to the Seafront and within easy access of all the local facilities such as the theatre, shopping centre and the quaint, thatched village of Cockington.
Transport
By Car:
From Exeter:
- Take the M5.
- Exit to join the A38.
- Follow signs for Torquay A380.
- At Newton Abbot you will come to the Penn Inn roundabout, take the second exit, signposted Torquay A380.
- Continue straight across the next roundabout for the A3022 (do not turn right).
- Follow the A3022 until you have Torre Railway Station on your right and a sign on the wall in front saying 'Seafront, Harbour, Paignton'. You need to be in the right-hand lane.
- Immediately through the lights is Avenue Road. Fairways is on the right, immediately before the next set of lights.

Breakfast is served from 08:30 until 09:00. Fresh local produce is used where possible.

Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 11 years are charged GBP 13.50 per night and person for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged GBP 27.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
