This Grade II listed building dates back to 1706 and is located in the beautiful village of Betws yn Rhos.
Ffarm Country House is set in set in 2 acres of grounds and is ideal for all types of stay. All rooms have a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, robes, slippers and an en suite bathroom.
There is a village pub 4 minutes' walk away, and walking, golf, shooting, fishing, climbing, tennis, dry-slope skiing and sailing can be enjoyed in the local area. There are also castles and historic houses to explore.
Transport
By Car
- Leave the A55 at junction 24.
- Go to Abergele town centre and turn left at the traffic lights onto the A548.
- After approximately 3 miles, turn right on the B5381 signposted Betws yn Rhos.
- Go through the centre of the village and pass the church, the village school and the village hall (on right).
- Then take a turning on your left, up a small village lane.
- Take the second left turn.
- You will see sign at the entrance to the house.
Important
The restaurant only offers dinner on Friday and Saturday (by prior arrangement).
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 16 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
