Transport
By car: Drive around the York Outer Ring Road (York Bypass a64 or a1237) until you reach the double roundabout on the east side of York (Scarborough side). Exit into York on the a1036 (avoid the a1036 West) - the hotel is on the left-hand side, just before the pedestrianised central York shopping area.
Restaurants
The Lamplight Restaurant serves a full English breakfast every day between 07:30 and 09:30.
The restaurant is also open for evening meals from Tuesday to Saturday, from 18:00 until 20:30, with last orders taken at 20:00. Advance bookings are welcome.
Please note that the restaurant is not open on Sunday or Monday evenings.
