Transport
The hotel is located close to the very centre of St Annes.
By Car (from the M6 motorway):
- Leave the M6 motorway at junction 32 and exit onto the M55 motorway.
- Follow the signs for Blackpool International Airport.
- Continue past the airport, over Squires Gate Bridge.
- Turn left at the next set of traffic lights and follow this road through 2 sets of traffic lights for about 2 miles (3.2 km).
- After the 2nd set of traffic lights, you will see the hotel about 200 metres further on, on the left-hand side.

Howarth?s Coffee Shop is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and serves mouth-watering home cooked food from 8am in the morning for residents and is open from 10am to 5pm for non residents.
