Situated in a quiet residential area, La Baia Hotel is just 10 minutes' walk from the lively South Bay. Scarborough Castle is 5 minutes away, and Peasholm Park is a 10-minute walk.

La Baia Hotel is a family-run business. We can cater for up to 30 people, offering hot/cold buffets at times to suit you. We cater for all dietary needs, including vegetarian and gluten free options. Packed lunches can also be made on request.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and will try to accommodate any reasonable request.

We can arrange wheelchairs for guests if required.

Surrounding Area

La Baia Hotel is situated in a quiet area of Scarborough close to the Castle and Historic attractions, but is only 10 minutes walk from the main shopping area, cricket ground and the popular south bay. There are bars and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk from the Hotel to suit all tastes eg Chinese, Italian, Indian and English restaurants. Peasholm Park, the Sea Life Centre and the new Marina are also worth a visit. For your entertainment, there is the Spa Theatre, Stephen Joseph Theatre and the Futurist Theatre offering live performances most evenings.

Transport

To find La Baia Hotel, follow the signs to the Castle. Blenheim Terrace runs parallel to Castle Road. Turn left after the Scarborough Arms Public House and then left again onto Blenheim Terrace. La Baia Hotel is the 4th Hotel on your left overlooking the North Bay.
Places worth a visit whilst you are staying in Scarbororough:- Whitby is only 30 minutes drive, Heartbeat Country is 45 minutes drive, Castle Howard is also 45 minutes drive and the Historic City of York is an hour's drive.
