Lavender House Bed and Breakfast is a large, elegant Edwardian house with 4 pretty individual bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and friendly, warm service from the hosts.

The B&B is a 15-to-20-minute walk from Bath city centre, and public transport can be reached in 2 minutes' walk. The house is set in delightful gardens in a quiet conservation area on the southern slopes of Bath.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 8 years are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
