- Take the slip road for the A563, signposted Leicester and Space Centre.
- At the roundabout, take the first left and head east on the A563, marked Leicester.
- Get into the right outside lane and at the 2nd slip road, turn right, signposted Business Park. - At the roundabout (about 45 metres) take the last exit and the hotel is situated at the bottom of the road.

From Birmingham:
- Take the M42 North and exit at the sign for the M6 (M1 London).
- Come off the M6 at the M69, and continue to the end of the M69.
- At the end of the M69, go straight over at the roundabout, following directions to Leicester.
- Take the slip road for the A563, signposted Leicester and Space Centre.
- At the roundabout, take the first left and head east on the A563, marked Leicester.
