Lincoln House was renovated to a very high standard in 2007, and is located just a 10-minute stroll from the town centre, beach, theatre, harbour, bus and rail stations.

Built circa 1892, Lincoln House offers 3 tastefully decorated, spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The guest house is ideally situated for experiencing all that Bridlington has to offer.

A full English or continental-style breakfast is available in an elegant dining room. Light snacks are served in the guest lounge.

A GBP 20 deposit is required by cheque once the booking has been made.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 20.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 65 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
