Mavisburn is set in peaceful, relaxing surroundings of Auchterawe Forest, in the heart of the Great Glen and is just 2 miles from the village of Fort Augustus and Loch Ness.

Within easy reach of all the attractions the area has to offer, Mavisburn is an ideal base to tour from. We offer comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, flat screen TVs and DVD facilities.

There are many hill walks and pathways to be found just outside our door and glorious views of the Great Glen mountains from the guest lounge.
