As this is a residential development, no hotel facilities are available on-site. However, amenities are available very close by, including restaurants, bars, cultural attractions, entertainment and a fully equipped gym/spa. The apartments also benefit from a 24-hour on-site concierge to make restaurant/ theatre reservations, organise dry cleaning and laundry services or answer any queries that you may have during your stay.

Salford Quays is a fantastic waterside district on the outskirts of Manchester, only a 5-minute drive from the heart of the city. Known as 'The Docklands of the North', this newly developed area has plenty to offer including some of the greatest tourist attractions in the North West including Manchester United Football Ground, Old Trafford Cricket Ground, The Lowry Theatre & Art Gallery and The Imperial War Museum.
The Quays are situated only 2 minutes from junction 3 of the M602 motorway, 10 minutes from Piccadilly Station and 15 minutes from Manchester International Airport.
The thriving business district of Trafford Park is close by and the Quays play host to Media City, the new home of the BBC from 2009 onwards.
Within a 5-minute walk you will be in the heart of Salford Quays where you can make the most of Salford Quays Watersports Centre, The Lowry Designer Village, Esporta gym/spa, the Vue Red cinema and a whole host of restaurants, bars and eateries. Other nearby attractions include a Daytona karting centre, Lancashire County Cricket Club (Old Trafford), Chillfactor indoor snow-sports complex and the world-famous Trafford Centre shopping mall.

City Centre Chic caters primarily for corporate guests and city visitors. It does not tolerate parties, stag or hen nights or weekend revellers. Additional persons attempting to visit the apartment, other than on a corporate basis, will not be granted access.
City Centre Chic retains the right to impose a GBP 50 surcharge for cleaning services if the apartment has been left in what is considered to be an unacceptable state of cleanliness. This charge shall be imposed at their discretion. Children under the age of 16 may be allowed by prior arrangement.

All credit card transactions may be subject to a 3% handling fee and debit cards subject to a 1.5% handling fee over and above the published rate. An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the booking stage shortly after your stay.
