Transport
By Car (from the M6):
- Take junction 20 onto the M56.
- Then follow the M56 until junction 15, where you move onto the M53.
- Follow the M53 until you reach junction 12, where you move onto the A56.
- Carry on to the next roundabout and go straight ahead.
- Remain on the A56 until you reach the next roundabout (2.4 km / 1.5 miles).
- Take the 1st junction left (A5268).
- Take the 1st left into Cellar Street and then the 2nd left into Milton Street.
Restaurants
The Canaletto Restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner and offers both a table d'hote menu and an à la carte menu during the week. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the restaurant hosts a Dine & Dance with music until 01:00. Excellent offers are available for guests staying in the hotel.
The Flambe Steak Restaurant is open in the evenings from Sunday to Thursday and the Peppermill Trattoria and the Real Ale Bar serve an extensive range of homemade dishes.
The unique Restaurant Cruiser sails daily for both lunch and dinner. The cruise lasts two and a half hours and all food is freshly prepared in the hotel's main kitchen. The cruiser is centrally heated and has a licensed bar, toilets and a dance floor available for private parties of under 40. The cruise negotiates 2 locks and takes you to parts of Chester that no other method of transport is able to reach.
