Please note that Hackett Property, who operate the apartments, are not located on site at the Mowbray Apartments. Keys are to be collected from their office, which is 2 minutes' walk from the apartments at Hackett Property, Lynas House, Athenaeum Street, Sunderland, SR1 1NA.
Any key collections after 18:00, Monday to Friday; after 16:00 on Saturdays; and at any time on Sundays , must be arranged in advance. The management?s out-of-hours service will then make arrangements to meet guests at the desired time.
