Check-in is not at the apartment. You must first go to the Pad Residential office at 74 Bridge Street (at the junction with Deansgate), Manchester, M3 2RJ.
After booking, you must email Pad Residential with your expected check-in time. If you do not do this, you may not be able to enter the apartment. If you are late, you must telephone Pad Residential.
Payment is only accepted with 'chip and pin' credit/debit cards, on arrival. If you do not have one, you must contact Pad Residential to make other arrangements.
