Transport

From the north:
From the A1 take the first exit marked Team Valley Trading Estate (T.V.T.E.). At the roundabout turn left. At the bottom of the hill is a small roundabout - turn right, then first left. The hotel is located on the left.

From the south:
From the A1 take the exit marked 'Teams' (B1426). At the roundabout take the third exit. At the next smaller roundabout turn right, then first left and the hotel is on the left.

Restaurants

The hotel's restaurant serves a contemporary menu in relaxed and stylish surroundings, with modern decor and furnishings. Formality is left at the door and you'll have the option of a full 3-course meal or a light bite. If you choose not to eat in the evening, you can experience the wonderful breakfast buffet the next day. All public areas are non-smoking.

Full English Buffet breakfast is free for children under 15 when 1 adult pays full price.

Bookings of 5 rooms or more are classed as a group booking. Once this booking has been received we will contact you directly with a group agreement to be signed and returned back to us.

We require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. The next 50% NON REFUNDABLE is due 2 weeks before arrival and a rooming list is due 1 week before arrival.
Payment in full is to be received 14 days prior to arrival.
