Transport

From city centre follow the main road through the centre then along the river. Turn left onto the High Street then follow road round onto Castle Street. Drive past the castle through 2 sets of traffic lights the hotel is located on the right.

Important

Please note that from 13th September 2010 until 31st March 2011 the Chez Roux restaurant will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays for both lunch and dinner (with the exception of 27th and 28th December 2010 and 14th February 2011).

Bar meals will be available all day in the R Bar.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 25 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children under 8 years are charged GBP 30 per night per person when using existing bedding.
All children from 5 to 18 years are charged GBP 49 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
