The Roxburghe Hotel and Golf Course is set in mature woodland and rolling parkland on the banks of the River Teviot. Leisure facilities include the Health and Beauty Suite, shooting, clay-pigeon shooting and fly fishing.
The rooms were designed by the Duchess, and some have four-poster beds.
The Dining Room serves salmon and trout from the River Tweed and meat from the estate. Fine whiskies are served in the Library Bar with its log fire.
Transport
Ideally located one hour from Edinburgh or Newcastle. By car, take the a68; one mile north of Jedburgh turn east onto the a698. Travel along the a698 for 5 miles and you will see the hotel signposted just before the village of Heiton.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
