Once you have received your confirmation email you will be contacted by phone with automatic check-in instructions for your apartment and a contact number for during your stay. You will be contacted by the hotel and will be required to give an additional credit card deposit before your arrival for weekend or Christmas bookings which is refundable within 14 days of your departure.
