Newly refurbished, the breakfast room is spacious and elegant. Charming and comfortable, the room overlooks the front terrace, patio and sun deck. You can enjoy a traditional cooked English breakfast or choose from a selection of lighter options. The full cooked English breakfasts are freshly prepared to order and are made using high quality produce. Breakfast is available from 08:30 to 10:00.

Southbourne Villa does not accept bookings of more than 2 rooms (even if booked separately). Stag/hen parties or wedding groups are not accepted. Any such bookings will be cancelled by Southbourne Villa, without refund.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
