- Take the M55 junction 4 and follow signs for the A5230.
- From South Shore head left to St Annes on the B5261.
- At the 2nd roundabout turn right onto dual carriageway, Progress Way, for 2.5 miles (4 km).
- Turn left onto Clifton Drive.
- Continue for approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) and then turn right onto Lightburn Avenue. The hotel is located at the end of the road on the right.

The recently refurbished Four Seasons Restaurant is bright, airy and decorated in light shades of straw and beige. The restaurant provides a great dining venue for all, no matter what the day or occasion. The table d'hôte menus include a variety of quality dishes, all served in generous, hearty portions.
