Transport

From the North/East

Arriving from the M27/A338, proceed along the Wessex Way (A338), at St Pauls roundabout take a left turn and pass Asda on your left, take the 2nd exit off the next roundabout and proceed to the next roundabout, once again taking the 2nd left onto Gervis Road then turn immediately left into Mannor Road and finally right onto East Overcliff Drive

From the West

Arriving onto the A35 from Doncaster/Poole proceed into Bournemouth following signs for Beaches/East Cliff, once on St Pauls Roundabout use directions as above

There will be no access to the swimming pool at the nearby Suncliff Hotel between 12 January and 01 February 2010.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 6.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs GBP 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
