The Langley is an old-fashioned hotel offering budget accommodation, 20 minutes' walk from central Tonbridge. It has a pretty spring garden with a gazebo, a terrace for drinks and free private parking. A Wi-Fi hotspot is also available.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom with bath or shower, and tea and coffee-making facilities.
Breakfast at The Langley includes a selection of cheeses, fruits, yoghurts, cereals and an English breakfast with sausages from local farms. Special diets can be catered for in advance. Guests can also relax with a drink in the lounge bar.
Tonbridge Castle and the famous Tonbridge School are passed on the way to the centre of town. Tonbridge Rail Station is about a 5-minute drive away.
Staff are happy to oblige with guests' requests, such as booking taxis, helping with directions or light luggage.
The Langley is not far from the Tonbridge-to-Penshurst off-road cycle track and Haysden Country Park, where cyclists and walkers can enjoy the lakes and wildlife.
Committed to the local community, the hotel supports the local farmers' market, clubs and charities. Many staff at the hotel do voluntary work on a regular basis.

We have many indoor activities local to our hotel, all of them are approximately 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car.
There is the newly built indoor swimming pool, with Health Suite.
The Angel Centre caters for Aerobics, Gym, and Squash Courts.

All beauty treatments can be found in the High Street with many good outlets.
Transport
Tonbridge itself boasts a historic 11th century castle standing on the banks of the River Medway, with a new swimming pool and leisure centre, just a short walk from the hotel. The heart of Kent has a rich historical heritage and a wealth of tourist attractions, Knowle House, Chartwell, Sissinghurst and Hever Castles are all nearby, as is the Hop Farm Country Park, and several golf courses. You could even take a day trip to France.

The on-site restaurant offers traditional favourites with a unique contemporary twist, as well as daily specials (restaurant is subject to availability). The renowned Sunday lunchtime carvery offers prime locally sourced joints of meat.

There is no lift at the hotel.
Children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by adult. The hotel requests the right to check proof of Age/ID. Parents or guardians need to ensure children are supervised at all times.
Please note that pets are not allowed, but guide dogs are welcome.
Free private parking. For those who require disabled parking, please contact the hotel a space can be made available. Coaches can be accommodated. Guests who have large HGV vehicles would need to contact Tonbridge & Malling Council for details of the nearest heavy goods vehicle park.
Guests requiring a quiet room or a ground floor room should request this at the time of booking using the Special Requests box.
The hotel recommends booking a family room if an extra bed or cot is required as these are larger rooms.
