The Meadowsweet Hotel is located in the small market town of Llanrwst, pronounced 'Clanroost' by the locals. Situated on the banks of the River Conwy the hotel is halfway between Snowdonia National Park and the Coastal town of Llandudno on the A470.

Head chef, Ffion Cawley has an excellent reputation. Although still in her mid twenties she has travelled internationally and has created a menu that is traditionally Welsh, and worldly. She is also well known for her scrumptious homemade desserts.
