Our hotel chef, Ray Williams and his team offer an exceptional array of imaginative dishes. To compliment your meal, you can choose from a selection of wines from our extensive wine list. From an intimate table for 2 in our dining room, to a private supper for 30, to a celebration party for 200 diners in our Vale suite; we can adapt to suit your individual requirements. Our Sunday lunch is available from 12:00 to 15:00.
