The Palms is situated far enough away from the noise and bustle of the central area to ensure a good night's sleep but close enough for a stroll into town or a short tram ride to all the major attractions.

The hotel is unable to accept stag and hen parties without direct contact and there is a minimum 2-night stay on all peak weekends.
Surrounding Area
Palms is close enough to be convenient yet far enough away to offer a little peace.
We are situated just 50 metres from the Queen's Promenade in the very popular North Shore area of Blackpool. Trams and buses are just a minute's walk away. Alternatively, if you are ready to take in the air, the North Pier, Tower and town centre (with its shows and the Winter Gardens) are about a mile stroll away. If speed and comfort are the order of the day, trams and buses run frequently and the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Water World are a 20-minute tram ride away.
The golden Blackpool sands are just a 5-minute walk, or for the golfers, North Shore Golf Course is only half a mile away. For the enthusiast, Lytham St Annes and the famous Open Course are only a 20-minute drive away.
Transport
By Car:
- Exit the M55 at junction 4, taking the 3rd turning at the roundabout (A585 North Shore).
- Continue through 2 sets of lights (last one has KFC/McDonald's/Pizza Hut on left).
- At the next lights turn right (signed Zoo, Hospital and Illuminations Traffic).
- Continue for 1.5 miles past the hospital and at next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the dual carriageway.
- Continue for about one mile (over 2 roundabouts), through traffic lights and over a railway bridge.
- At the next lights turn left (Warbreck Hill Road) and continue for 0.75 miles (over a roundabout) until you reach promenade at Gynn Square (roundabout with illuminations lightening tree).
- Turn right onto promenade and Empress Drive is the 3rd turning on right. The Palms is 50 yards on left.
By Train/Bus/Plane:
A taxi is the best way to reach us from the stations and airport. Call the hotel directly to arrange a ride with the local firm.

Everyone should be able to find something to their liking on the table d'hote menu. If not please ask! Special diets are catered for.
