Opened as a hotel in 1937, this historic property occupies a prime position on City Square, next to Leeds train station and within walking distance of all of the city centre?s attractions. The Queens has recently completed a 2-year, GBP 10 million refurbishment. This has seen all 200+ bedrooms completely refurbished and now fully air conditioned. The spacious bedrooms occupy 8 floors, with many offering fantastic views across the city. All of the hotel?s standard and premium rooms offer all of the luxurious modern comforts and superb facilities that you would expect in a 4-star luxury hotel.

All guests staying at The Queens hotel are now entitled to free access to LA Fitness, a gym and fitness centre approximately 6 minutes walk from the hotel. The centre houses a gym, a swimming pool, LA Spin, a sauna, steam room and spa. A cafe bar, sun beds, beauty treatments and alternative therapies are also available at an additional cost. Please note that the LA Fitness is only available to guests 18 years and older.

On-site parking is available for guests? use at an additional cost. The car park has a capacity of 70 cars and spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Surrounding Area

There is plenty to see and do in Leeds and the surrounding area. As you would expect, Leeds also offers the usual range of well-known high street shops and familiar department stores.

Transport

The hotel is ideally located adjacent to Leeds Central Railway Station, and a short walk from the business, shopping and clubbing districts of the city. Whether arriving by train, car or plane, The Queens is at the heart of the city.

From M62 and M1 motorways:
- Exit either motorway onto the M621 at Junction 3 and follow signs for Leeds city centre.
- Continue onto Neville Street and go under the railway bridges.
- At the traffic lights at the top of the small incline, turn left into City Square and immediately left into the slip road in front of The Queens.

Parking:
The Queens has limited parking at the hotel. The car park is secure and all cars are valet parked. Spaces are offered on a first come first serve basis (spaces cannot be booked in advance).

Friday to Sunday: 11.95 GBP per 24 hours.

The Queens Grill Restaurant offers a casual dining experience, full buffet breakfast and lunch Monday - Friday from a brasserie style menu in the evenings. A contemporary menu offering continental and traditional dishes is offered.
