Following a thorough refurbishment, our hotel enjoys stunning views over the River Dee and has excellent road links to the beautiful Roman city of Chester, North-West England and North Wales.
The Springfield is our friendly, comfortable hotel in a fantastic location for business or simply for exploring the attractions and countryside of North Wales. All bedrooms are comfortably equipped with colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite shower and bath. We also have an indoor swimming pool and sauna, use of which is included in your rate.
The new restaurant and bar offer home-cooked food using fresh local produce. We are particularly proud of our food and have many regular customers. Our bar offers happy hour prices every day.
Surrounding Area
3 miles from the country towns of Mold, Holywell, and Flint and only 15 minutes from the beautiful Roman city of Chester to the East and 20 minutes from the Welsh coast to the West. Inland the Snowdonia Mountain Range is 45 minutes drive.
Transport
Follow the A55 towards North Wales, travel past the turnings for Broughton, also Wrexham and Buckley. Take the slip road signposted Mold and the A55 Conwy/North Wales. Join the A55 on your right. Continue on this road until Junction 32A the B5123 Pentre Halkyn / Rhosesmor Road, come off the slip road here and the Springfield Hotel is on the left hand side.

The brand new Delfryn Restaurant opened in September 2006. It features new menus and home-prepared food, with the emphasis on choice and service in luxurious, relaxed, cosy surroundings.
Our hotel chef, John Rae, and his team offer an exceptional array of imaginative dishes on our table d'hôte menu. To complement your meal you can choose from a selection of wines from our extensive wine list.
From an intimate table for 2 in our dining room, to a celebration party for 300 diners in our Kendrick Suite - we can adapt to suit your individual requirements.
Our Sunday Carvery is available from 12.00 noon to 15.00.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
