The Waverley is situated on Whitby's famous West Cliff and is thus very conveniently positioned for the Promenade, beach, harbour and shops. Children over the age of 5 years are welcome and enjoy specially reduced rates if sharing a room with parents. Unfortunately, due to the quiet nature of the hotel, pets and children under the age of five are not allowed to stay at The Waveley. There are 3 parking spaces at the back of the hotel (please enquire for availability stating the make and model of the car) or, alternatively, 'on street' parking is allowed on Crescent avenue.
Transport
The Waverley is situated near Whitby town centre on Crescent Avenue. Take the a174 from the junction of the a171 and a174 and after approximately 0.5 miles turn right into Crescent Avenue. The Waverley is facing you on the bend after about 250 yards.
