Two Bridges is just 15 minutes' drive from Tavistock, 30 minutes from Plymouth or 45 minutes from Exeter. The High Moorland Visitor?s Centre, the gateway to Dartmoor, is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The stunning Fountain Room enjoys considerable natural daylight with 5 sets of patio doors opening onto private gardens with views of the moor beyond - a perfect combination of functionality and tranquility. With its innovative design, this is a fairly recent addition to the hotel and is ideal for weddings, private functions and conferences/meetings.

The main conference room can comfortably able to accommodate 150 delegates theatre style.

Syndicate facilities are available in the Music Room and Georgian Room.

The Georgian is a magnificent oak-panelled room with ornate hand painted plasterwork and is also perfect for private dinner parties.

Surrounding Area

World famous for its stunning scenery, the Dartmoor National Park is best known for its rocky outcrops, woodlands and wild open stretches of moorland. With over 200 grantite 'tors' to visit you are spoilt for choice. Especially popular is Hound Tor at Grimspound - the setting for Arthur Conan Doyle's 'Hound of the Baskervilles'.

The hotel is also the ideal location if you are visiting The Eden Project or many of Devon and Cornwall's historic houses and gardens.

Transport

The hotel stands at the junction of the Ashburton/Tavistock and Mortonhampstead/Yelverton roads. Tavistock is on the A386, about 20 miles north of Plymouth and on the western edge of Dartmoor in West Devon.
